I'm Joelene Tee (she/her), Joe for short – proudly shaped by my multicultural Singaporean roots. With 20 years in marketing technology, I’m currently serving as Regional Executive Creative Director at RAPP, where I spent eight years building and leading creative teams across seven markets from the ground up.
My leadership style is authentic, visionary, and empowering. I thrive at the intersection of creative, experience strategy, data science, and technology – and I'm equally comfortable strategising, ideating, critiquing, mentoring, and forecasting as I am rolling up my sleeves to build teams.
